At Wicklow Scenic Walks, we offer guided walks and walking tours which are ideal for exploring the beautiful landscapes on Dublin’s doorstep and in County Wicklow. Called also the Garden of Ireland, this area is famous for its rolling mountains, its beautiful coastline and its peaceful forests and lakes.
The area is at the heart the Ireland Ancient East. Its history started some 5000 years ago when the first new comers arrived on the East shore. They left behing a rich heritage, including some megalithic tombs and the ruins of the famous monastery in Glendalough.
