Join Wicklow Scenic Walks for a guided walk on Dublin’s doorstep. This area which includes County Wicklow is well known for its outstanding beauty, hence its name the Garden of Ireland. From rolling hills to lakes nestled at the foot of steep mountains and to the rugged coast of the Irish Sea, there is something special around every corner.
Take also a breath of fresh air as you step back in time and discover the people who once called this land their own. Lying at the heart of Ireland’s Ancient East, it has been shaped over the last five thousand years by culture, history, myths and legends.
At Wicklow Scenic Walks, we tailor our walks to suit your needs so you’ll get the most out of your day. The walks are taken at a leisurely pace allowing plenty of time to enjoy the stunning views and to soak in the beauty and the tranquilly that only nature can offer.
They are suitable for all, as they follow easy trails and last no longer than three hours. Most of the walks are also included in our walking tours departing from Dublin.
Our walks are led by Beatrice Lasserre, a local guide from the French part of Switzerland. She is an exerienced walker with a a wide knowledge of the local history and nature.
